HIGHLY RECOMMEND this AutoZone!I recently had to buy some parts and the store was really organized and clean, the store employees were really helpful they located my parts no issues and fast, they even insisted on helping me carry my parts to my truck.I will continue bringing business to this establishment,I was also greeted by Shari I believe is the manager and after my transaction as I was walking out it caught me off guard she also said “bye have a good day” it felt good to be recognized 👌🏽

I did an online order and pick up at the store I had my scan code and Id ready the cashier didn’t ask for neither one of them? But it’s stated in the instructions to have these documents ready. I told the cashier she didn’t bother asking me for neither I could have been a whole different person stealing someone purchased items she said no that not her job description to do so.? I think the supervisor or manager needs to look into that.

I had the worst customer service at this location yesterday, after having a horrible day , I was given the wrong part at the march lane location , so I called and they told me I would have to go to the Wilson way location and pick up the right part , Morgan called and put it on hold for me , I arrived at the Wilson Way location approximately 20 minutes after leaving the March Lane location. I walked in and the employee Antonio called me to the counter I explained what had happened and that Morgan had called and put the right part on hold for me, he said okay I handed him the box he proceeded to pull the part out and look at me and said "you tried to install this didn't you" I replied back with no how could I try to install it I literally just came from the other store My truck is broke down way out in linden I would not have had enough time to go and try to put this part on and then bring it back here is my receipt with the timestamp from the other store. He proceeded to tell me that he has the right to refuse customer service he boxed my part back up pushed it at me and told me to get out of the store, I then asked him what the issue was and he told me he does not have to deal with my attitude, I said I didn't have an attitude until you accuse me of doing something that I didn't do he said that he simply asked me a question, that was not a question that was a direct accusation!! He got even angrier at me and proceeded to push the box further and harder at me and tell me to get out of his store!!! The manager came and she assisted me and helped me with what I needed and told me that he had no right to ask me that the part was literally brand new... He made my day so much worse than it already was, he has no customer service skills whatsoever ...also no education because he does not even know the difference between a question and a statement !!
