- SSSteven SeteroffJan 4, 20265.0I was doing cylinder head, water pump, oil pump ,and head gasket replacement on my truck, so decided that Auto Zone had what I needed as far as the Cylinder Heads were concerned and at a fair price as well. I was referred to Dan who was the Commercial Accounts person and he provided me with "Over the Top" service. Dan took care of me through this transaction, solving any problems and answering all my questions honestly and completely. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this store, and a big thanks to all the staff for their assistance. Top Notch !

I said OK finally he got off of his high horse went out and tested it but as we were walking out, he says I'm gonna tell you right now. I cannot replace the battery because it's just the two of us. I replied I don't need you to replace my battery. I need you to test my battery and sell me a new one. Proceeds to tell me the battery is bad and to go to O'Reillys so that's what I did. Thanks all your help moving forward I will be going to O'Reilly

- CMC MNov 19, 20251.0I'll keep it simple - Purchased a new battery, installed it, car wouldn't start. Had the vehicle towed, OWNER of the repairshop said the battery was tested and although it showed 100%, it would not hold the weight for starting the vehicle. Alternator fine, starter fine. New battery installed by repair shop - car starts. Took the battery back, Autozone connected their reader, said the battery was good. No refund or exchange despite the explanation. Told them they can have the battery. Its no longer about the money. I drive new, unfortunately my mom doesnt. Advised AutoZone I will never purchase another product from them again. Whose telling the truth? Autozone or the auto repair shop who could have charged my mom more for an alternator? 🤦♂️
