From the moment he assisted me he was treating me like I had no money for a new battery, offering me to go somewhere else as if I couldn’t afford it. When I asked for assistance to put in the battery he gave me so much attitude. As he took a look at it he said couldn’t change the battery cause he wasn’t going to take it apart, he was treating the guy that was going to help him so poorly. Wish I wouldn’t have let him put a damn hand on my car. He told the dude let’s go inside and to not help us at all. I left to another Autozone where I got much better service.

Based on numerous other reviews here I am not alone in my experience with them. The good news-there are 4 other parts stores within 2 miles of this location that offer employees with both parts knowledge and competence, 2 traits Andrew and Josie don't have. This location is a disaster.

When he said he wanted to confirm the size needed, the associate went out checked, removed them, asked an associate to ring out my husband as he went to install them. My husband said he didn’t need too and he said sir this is our job. Wow! You don’t find service like this anymore. We will be coming here for all our auto parts. Thank you.
