  Women, do not go to this place by yourself. I was taken advantage of! After a courtesy inspection on my car, I was quoted a price of $4400 to repair my upper & lower arms on the front and back wheels, rotor replacement, shocks(all 4), alignment and tires. I was only able to get the upper arms only done on the front for $1432! I found out later, I could get the upper&lower arms(that comes as a bundle ) for the front and back for $600! I was charged $625each(right/left side) for front and arms only + labor!!! Rip-off, gouging and taken advantage of!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! 😡😡😡😡

  I've purchased 6 tires over the last 5 years. Last year I had a nail in one of my tires, Tire choice repaired it for free!

  Daniel, the manager helped me so much. I called him around 5 PM and he told me to bring my car down immediately and he would have his guys fix my problem right then in there and they did I had a problem with bleeding my brakes after a failed attempt to put on new brake patch later that I know that the car had to be put in a service mode Daniel in his crew, used a scan tool to put my car in service mode and believe my brakes and fix my problem the price unexpectedly was a little higher than I can imagine, but it was very reasonable. The crew and Daniel did an awesome job.   So where do I start? I wish I could give them a zero-star review. I went to have my brakes, rotors and struts done on my vehicle. I ended up also needing new tires. Mind you I have been bringing my car here for years. But in the last year they have changed management a few times and were having issues getting a mechanic. I trusted that they would do a good job since that was my past experience. A week after the repairs I was driving and I hear a weird noise like I ran something over but the road was clear. When I got to work 5 minutes later, I looked and one of the lug nuts had come off. I called Dalton to let him know what occurred and he said to bring it in. I drove directly there after work and they fixed said issue. Mind you he tried to blame it on it being an old lug nut (the inside threading was brand new) and told me that it wasn’t usually their responsibility to replace these (which on the paperwork for all the work that was done it stated that I was billed for lug nuts). I mean in all the years I have had cars not once has something like this happened. While I waited on my car, I could hear Dalton talking about me in the bay. I think this behavior is super unprofessional and rude. After the car was finished, he told me that there was something wrong with my catalytic converter and I needed to have that checked. Didn’t explain anything about that comment and I felt that was weird since I only took it in to get the lug nut fixed. I have had it checked since and there is nothing wrong with it. The very next day I heard another weird sound that sounded like metal grinding coming from my front right tire. I called them immediately and he said it wasn’t the brakes and that I needed to bring it in but that it wasn’t the brakes or rotors. I was tired from all the gaslighting he was giving me about how it wasn’t something they did. I was so frustrated with having to go there that I decided to have my husband take it in. My husband had test drove the car to see if he would hear the sound I heard. He did and took it in for me. When my husband took it in, there was another person working that day. They immediately checked and it turned out that the mechanic that worked on my car before never bolted in the front right caliper and it was grinding on my rim. The person working that day was super apologetic and fixed the issue immediately. So, I have yet to get a call from Dalton or anyone else to apologize for allowing me to drive with a part that was not bolted in and could have caused me to get into a major car accident. The fact that he kept gaslighting me into thinking it wasn’t their work that was not up to par is ridiculous. With all of that said after years of being a customer, I will no longer trust my safety in their hands.

  🩷 these guys. I bought tires & did oil change w/them 1/2 yrs back. Went back had my tires rotated. Then just recently my truck was misfiring I took it tires them both the manager & mechanic were both friendly & professional. I got to talk to the mechanic who was exstreamly knowledgeable. My truck was up & he had pic's/p.work detailing ALL that needed to be done for me to take home and look/read up on future maintenance. He than physically showed me on my truck ALL the different issues They than gave me an est. I wanted to get another est. Though on price so, I went to pep boys they were $900 more & exstreamly POOR C.Service. I highly RECOMMEND them !!! I did not use them ONLY because Instead of putting 3,300 into a vehicle that had 2008 w/171,000 worth only that much. I decided to buy a 2023 w/27,000. However, when ever I need oil changes/tires I will be coming to them ONLY 😊👍 thanks, guys
