  My experience with Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. From reserving the vehicle, asking questions about the shuttle service, returning the vehicle, and being transported back to my office location, the process was simple, professional, and customer-service friendly. As a veteran and State of California employee attending a veteran-focused conference, I especially appreciated the level of organization, clear communication, and professionalism throughout the process. Those details matter to me because I value efficiency, accountability, and follow-through in how services are delivered. This was my first time renting a vehicle through the State of California rental car process, and Enterprise made the experience smooth and stress-free. I felt well taken care of, and I appreciated how helpful and courteous the staff were at each step.

  The Customer Service was Beyond Phenomenal! I was promptly picked up @ Caliber Collision by the Staff & Richard Solano (Assistant Branch Manager) was Very Professional & Courteous! The entire process took no more than 7-10 minutes & Richard were out of his way to ensure I was content w/ the selected vehicle! Thank You!

  This is my second time coming to this location. Richard was great! He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. This was the fastest service I’ve received from any rental car location. They got me on my way in no time, and I also had a minimal wait-time upon my return. I would highly recommend this location.

  I had one of the worst experiences today at Enterprise around 12 PM. We had called ahead and spoke to a woman who confirmed our reservation and told us we could pick up the car at 12. We arrived around 12:30, expecting everything to be ready, but instead were met with completely unprofessional service. The branch manager, Michael Lipert, had an extremely rude and aggressive attitude from the moment we walked in. His tone was disrespectful, he seemed irritated that we were even there, and he acted like he didn’t want to help at all. When we asked simple questions, he brushed us off and gave short, dismissive answers. It honestly felt like he was going out of his way to make the experience unpleasant. He then told us we had to wait an additional hour for a car, which made no sense considering we had already confirmed everything ahead of time. There was no apology, no explanation—just attitude. It felt completely disorganized and handled very poorly. We all understand that work can be stressful, but that is never an excuse to treat customers this way. If someone hates their job that much, they shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role, especially not as a manager. The only reason this experience wasn’t a complete disaster was because another employee, Michael W., stepped in and was much more polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that still didn’t make up for the way we were treated initially. I genuinely wish I knew how to contact his supervisor because this level of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.
