  I came in with my car, and I loved the customer service! The two girls (stephanie and andrea) were so nice, helpful, and attentive to my car wash needs. I have gone to other car washes, but I think I will definitely be coming back to this one!

  I came by the wash and was having trouble deciding which one to get and Carla was very helpful and telling me the difference between washes to help me make a decision. I will be coming back here again!

  Nunca había tenido una mala experiencia en el Car Wash hasta el día de hoy, el personal siempre ha sido amable, pero hoy la manager me trató súper mal, no quiso ayudarme con la petición que pedía, que era apagar la parte de al frente para no perder mi placa, no fue capaz de acercarse a mi a decirme que eso no se podía hacer (los otros trabajadores siempre me han ayudado) simplemente me miró mal, empezó a gritarme y no me ayudó, ni siquiera se acercó a ver qué era lo que yo pedía, no me escucho y me grito. Que mal servicio al customer por parte del manager. Su nombre no lo sé, pero es una mujer con cabello ondulado. Nunca me habían tratado tan mal, a como hoy.

  Hate that pay to two different vacuum machines and it’s not working. Their workers so very young to deal with this type of thing, they know nothing how to fix that. Customer service sucks! Add comment based on the response: Hello, Your response is inaccurate. The vacuums are not free—I paid $5 for 5 minutes, and the machine did not work. I tried two different vacuums, and both were non-functional. If the service had been free, I wouldn’t be complaining. The issue is that I was charged for equipment that doesn’t work. Please address the actual problem, check first before replying a commet, instead of sending a generic response that doesn’t reflect what happened. Added last comment: If there were actually reliable staff onsite and dependable number of customer service, this review wouldn’t exist. That says enough. I will stop here.

  Overall a good, automated car wash - but it has better be, for the price they're charging. Especially since their vacuums are paid only - $5 for 5 minutes - and they don't include towels with their highest tier washes. I'll probably come back just because of the convenience to my commute, but vacuums & towels included with a wash (or membership, maybe) would get me to actually want to come here regularly.
