  The big plus with this one is that the Safeway there is massive. This location can get busy, especially with the 350 chargers, but sometimes you be surprised at how much availability there is. Most of the day it's $0.36, which is great, although if you can manage to get there overnight it's down to $0.33. This is pretty much the closest superchargers to Pacifica, where I live... Although there are now new ones at the new leaf community Market in half Moon Bay, but it's usually easier to get here.

  Always a wait. Some cars come and go. A few times we noticed cars there overnight.

  It's true you can't find working charger in the top of that they hold $20 every time you try.
