  Does not clean the back of my vehicle at the Tahoe location. I brought it up 4 times to the attendant and they did not anything. They pressure wash the left side but ignore the right side. Went to the Gardnerville location and they did a great job.

  This carwash destroyed my paint! I went in yesterday to this location, and afterwards the whole right side of my black 4 runner was scratched. If you have a car you care about, find a different, touchless, carwash.

  I do not recommend this place. I paid for the highest package & they can't even do a car was properly. The back of my car was dirty each time I wen through it. I talked to them, they apologized & said they would spray it down better, but it still came out dirty. I talked to them about refunding me / canceling my next month policy & they refused. The higher package comes w/interior detail & they don't even do that in the south lake location. Save your money. Go elsewhere. (It's VERY rare I write bad reviews, but when their customer service won't even help you - that is NOT a business I want to support)

  Vagrants waiting to steal your stuff and staff doesn’t care or is in other the theft operation. Stay away from this wash if you value your personal belongings. Went to this car wash and removed skis from rack as requested by signage at the car wash. Two vagrants idling in car attempted to steal our skis while our car was being washed. We interrupted the theft and let a staff member know about the car waiting in their lot to steal from customers. Staff member blamed us for leaving skis out and said he couldn’t do anything about the vagrants loitering on their property. Said we were to blame and then threatened our membership when we objected. I believe he may be in on the thefts occurring there. Classic victim blaming and a possible theft operation. I’d avoid this wash at all costs.

  My vehicle never comes out that clean no matter how many times I go here. It I see other new cars come out clean.
