We walked in with a key fob that was basically throwing a tantrum. Batteries? Dead. Confidence? Low. Hope? Fading fast. And then… Brady appeared. Like a customer-service wizard in an orange-and-black cape, he swooped in with the perfect batteries and the patience of a man who has clearly rescued many tourists before us. He not only found the right batteries, he gave us a little pep talk for our key fob, handed over the goods, and sent us on our way like we were superheroes who just got their powers back. Our car now opens, unlocks, and beeps at us with renewed confidence — all thanks to Brady and the AutoZone squad. If you’re in Tahoe and need help, go to AutoZone and ask for Brady. If he’s not there, just wait. He’s probably saving someone else’s vacation. 10/10, would let Brady rescue our key fob again. 🚗🔋💪
