  Terrible service. Couldn't fix the problem. Caused more problems and then gaslit about it. Used to be good back in the day. Do not go here.

  I've been a customer for 5 years and always had great service. Recently my truck had serious computer/software issues and had to be towed to the dealer where it was reprogrammed, thankfully under extended warranty. The dealer then recommended 7 additional services that totaled $3,500. Mind you it only has 22,000 miles. I had Eloise inspect these issues and they found nothing needed to be done. Minor charge for the labor. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that they always display, in addition to Cat's great customer service.

  I called at 4:40 telling them I’ll be in to get my truck. Got there at 5:05 and they were gone. Very unprofessional to not call back or wait the short asking of time for me to get there. Terrible customer service and extremely over priced. They also over quoted me and charge an insane amount for labor.

  Wonderful local one stop shop for everything. They fixed my transmission on my jeep and repaired my 2016 Ford Explorer catalytic converter. very competitively price it’s cheaper to go to them then off the hill. The hard to find converter was tracked down and installed. The staff is friendly and professional thank you Eloise Automotive
