I expected that I was getting a new car that would have new advantages. I hate the eye thing and I hate the cutting off the motor every time you stop and then restart it which jerks the whole car. If this is what cars are going to be then we better go back to horse and buggy. I hate this car.

This time after a couple of days I noticed the blades should have been replaced as they were shredding. I called the service depot @ was told that wasn’t part of routine service. I have always knew it to be. Front counter person was very helpful & apologetic. I had just been to Costco & bought them there. Moral is: check behind all service people.

I even called back & offered more money ($1500 less of what they wanted). They didn't call back till the following week. Ended up going to Modesto Subaru and they were super friendly and willing to work with my budget. Ended up with a newer car w/equivalent miles. 2021 10k miles VS 2023 18k miles.
