The whole team there is kind, friendly and its well run, very capable and informed staff who know cars. I was in and out of there under 10 minutes for both pick up and drop off. They were a lifesaver after a horrendous rental experience with Thrifty. We were almost stranded with 2 young kids in a blizzard and they set us up with a much safer car that saved our trip to the mountains. It felt like you were renting from a mom and pop location, they go above and beyond and make you feel welcome and at home. Because of this experience I will never rent from any other rental company. From the check in process to the return and everything in between has been seamless, efficient, quick and easy. I had to modify the dates a few times during one of my rental periods and Jorgi was very pleasant and to work with and understanding. Every time I've checked out a car, Omi has been a delight to work with, marks down every single nick on a vehicle, if any, and accommodated when I felt uncomfortable with a specific vehicle. I would recommend this location to any one of my friends or family members and I will be coming back to this location again.
