    I had a fantastic experience at Silveira Chevrolet Sonoma thanks to Cole Koches. He was professional, efficient and easy to work with. I received a great deal and excellent customer service. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Truly top tier service. I would highly recommend them .

    We had a great experience purchasing our Equinox EV from Silveira Chevrolet. Rex, our sales rep was very helpful and attentive. They worked with us over the phone to make the process quick and efficient. Upon arrival, Rex met us and led us through all the purchase steps and training on the vehicle.     I purchased my vehicle December 4th. I had immediate problems with severe shudder at freeway speeds. I brought it back and was told it was bent rims and a bad balance. I was told prior to the sale that the vehicle had passed a multi point inspection. It took 21 days to remedy the issue. I got the vehicle back, still noticing a problem with acceleration at freeway speeds. It had a check engine light within 6 days. Since I no longer trusted this dealer I took it to a Chrysler dealer as it is a Chrysler. They found the vehicle to have a bad rocker and lifter assembly. The service manager at this time reassured me, swearing that the car had never had an issue like this and they could’ve never prevented this problem. I was also assured this vehicle never had a check engine or had emissions problems. I put my license plate into the California board of mechanics to find: Fail Pass (prior dealership that sold car to silveira Sonoma) Then: Fail Pass at the Sonoma location. Since purchasing the vehicle I have driven it about 1000 miles (200 of which being done by silveira over the 21 day repair period). At this point and time silveira is no longer responding. This is not a trustworthy dealership. This is my second vehicle through this dealership. The treatment I have gotten this time around is night and day compared to my first time purchasing a vehicle. As of now I have dealt with the following in under 1,000 miles of ownership: Severe overheating Cooling system failure Shifting problems Bent rims Bad balance The salesperson also left my personal documents on the counter in a public place. Luckily I noticed and called him to come back and get it. I add this to show that not one single part of my buying process went smoothly, and that professionalism and ethics are lacking. Nobody should go through what I have gone through purchasing a vehicle. I have had to pay for ride-share services and rentals out of pocket. My vehicle was inspected 3 different times and road tested multiple times over the 21 day period, or so they claimed. 4 times if you include the “pre sales multi point certified inspection” that most definitely never happened and was just a sales tactic. It is now February 16th and I am still without a vehicle after having just purchased one. Please, do not entrust your hard earned money with these people. Buyer beware this is not a trustworthy dealership for used vehicles.

    Cole was super helpful , he taught us everything about the equinox EV. As a salesman he is warm and authentic and I will recommend him to everyone I know. Silveira gave us an amazing deal on our new EV!
