He cared that we got what we wanted and went over the top with follow through when we needed some additional assistance after the purchase. Something about the place exudes trust, which made it an easy purchase. Only downside, their paperwork is akin to 1980 with lots of physical paper and signatures. They need to update to docusign at the least. Still, we will look to them first when purchasing another car, down the road.
