  We have taken our Honda Odysseys, Pilot, and Accord here for servicing over the past two decades. Although dropping your car off for services is a pain, the customer service at First Honda's Service Department eases that discomfort. The staff is very responsive (communicating via text and phone calls), considerate of your time and wallet, and honest. It's that last point that's probably the most important, right? We've had plenty of times when we needed honesty about what actually needs to be done today and what we can wait on due to finances. And the staff at First Honda is very understanding of that. Their service is what keeps us coming back and choosing Honda vehicles.

  I recently took my Honda to First Honda of Simi Valley for service. The team made everything easy and stress free. Ryan Davis was especially helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and they finished the job on time. I felt respected as a customer throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend First Honda of Simi Valley to others.

  Ryan scheduled an appointment for me at my convenience. He explained the procedure and answered my questions. He called with the results after my car was examined and called me when my car was ready for pick up. He answered my questions and told me how to proceed so I would pass smog. He was always polite and helpful.

  I saw a 2023 Honda Odyssey elite on their website. I called and made an appointment to see it. Arrived the following day. Met with a sales person I spoke to over the phone. Young guy, very pleasant. We test drove the car and decided to go ahead with purchase. My wife and I made an offer to which the sales person went to the manager for approval. The sales person came back and said the manager is not willing to budge from the asking price. Just a few moments later, the manager comes strolling up to us and says he’s absolutely not budging one dollar off the asking price. I was shocked. That’s not how you do business. At least you negotiate a little. After all, it’s a used vehicle that has been on their lot for eight months. It Obviously wasn’t selling. He said they already discounted it $8000 adding it was previously $44,000 and they just lowered the price. For a 2023 with 32,000 miles on it???? Everywhere else the same car was going for about $36,000. No wonder it wasn’t moving. It was priced way too high in the first place. Anyway, he continued to say he would rather take it to auction than give us one dollar off. So let’s make this make sense. He’d rather take it to an auction where he will get thousands lower than to negotiate with me? We were willing to purchase the vehicle, but with his pompous attitude, we walked out. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this dealership. Not willing to negotiate at all.
