  I don’t know who John or Jose think they are. If they’re not going to be able to go through a transaction or even go through with a deal, there’s no reason as to why you’re in this line of business. A warning to all, watch out with this dealership.

  John and Jose don’t do business in good faith. They’ll sell a car from under you even when you mutually agree to a deal the first chance they get— just to make a quick buck rather than do the right thing. Buy anywhere else!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. My friend and I drove over 6 hours round trip to purchase a vehicle after speaking with a salesperson, Jose, and reaching what we believed was a clear MUTUAL agreement on the car. We provided all the requested information and were under the impression the deal was moving forward. After that, communication completely dropped off. When my friend followed up, he was told they had already made a deal with another customer. There was absolutely no consideration for the time, effort, and travel we had invested to get there, nor any courtesy to keep us informed before selling the vehicle out from under us. This was careless, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. If this is how they treat serious buyers who are ready to purchase, I can only imagine how they handle other situations. Don’t waste your time with this dealership, there are plenty of places that will respect you and your time. EDIT: Since I cannot reply to the owner's response here is what I have to say. The only fraudulent part of this review is your sales practices and employees.

  when it comes to making a big financial decision you want to make sure you can trust an experienced and respectable person to help navigate the process, this isn't a place that holds their employees to that standard

  John and Jose are the people I worked with. we agreed on a deal in writing for a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I drove six hours to purchase the vehicle with my mother and was then told it needed to go to the shop. I drove back and waited days while repairs were being handled and was told the deal was done and the vehicle would be shipped. Today, they told me the vehicle is back from the shop, and that they SOLD THE VEHICLE to someone else. This was a significant waste of time I had to take away from my Engineering Firm. and a very disappointing experience. I highly suggest you do not go to this dealership. Terrible experience with both John and Jose.
