- LBLeslie Bird6 days ago3.0The technicians who worked on my car were sloppy with a few things: leaving stuff that fell out of behind the glovebox on the passenger side carpet, not reinstalling 3 screws into the glovebox casing, not tightening 2 screws where the engine air filter is, and scratching the front of my hood. There should be more care taken with property entrusted to a business’s care.

When I brought my vehicle in for service they left my wheels loose and did not torque or tighten them up all the way. When I’m transporting 3 small children in what is supposed to be a “safe” car I expect more from Chevy and the service department who failed to fix their mistake! Never going back.

The repairs were completed in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. The service writer (Jon) is professional and very knowledgeable. He’s also pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work!
