  Ben, the owner of Line-X Simi Valley, provided outstanding service. He took the time to really listen to my needs, even removing my tonneau cover to investigate an issue at no charge. He was honest, straightforward, and never pushy. They did a great job weatherproofing my tonneau cover and spraying Line-X in my truck bed. Excellent, honest customer service. Highly recommend.

  Ben was a pleasure to work with! Answered our all questions and concerns we had considering the spray in bed liner. All in all, it turned out great and my dad and I are more than satisfied with the outcome. Thanks Ben!

  Edited from past review: Great communication! I got Bedliner put in a few weeks ago looks great, though wait time was double than expected. Ben was apologetic and even got me a color matched phone mount for my car! Thanks again! Yesterday, I got the Rough Country trifold flip tonneau cover Put on- he told me “30 minutes “ and this time i was timing 🤣 I was in and out on 23 minutes! Great shop! And Great management! Definitely will be back for any other future needs as they do a lot more than covers and liners I’ve found out!

  I had an outstanding experience at LINE-X of Simi Valley, and I want to give special recognition to Ben for going truly above and beyond. My Rivian R1T tonneau cover was broken, and I was worried I’d be facing an expensive replacement. I called the shop and spoke with Ben, who invited me to bring the truck in so he could take a look. The moment I arrived, he jumped right in to help, taking the time to carefully diagnose the issue and explore every possible solution to fix the cover without replacing it. Ben spent nearly an hour with me, patiently troubleshooting and testing different approaches. What really stood out was his honesty and genuine desire to help. He didn’t try to upsell me, didn’t push any products or services, and in the end didn’t even want to charge me a dime for his time. He simply cared about helping me solve the problem, and he actually figured out a way to get the cover working again. That level of integrity and customer service is rare these days. I can’t thank Ben enough for his kindness and expertise, and I truly cannot recommend LINE-X of Simi Valley more highly. They’ve earned a customer for life.
