  Ben was a pleasure to work with! Answered our all questions and concerns we had considering the spray in bed liner. All in all, it turned out great and my dad and I are more than satisfied with the outcome. Thanks Ben!

  Wish I could give half stars too. I’d give 3.5 But…Overall,Ben was great and communicated well- I was a little perturbed that I had a 9a appt and arrived on time- was told “3-3,5hours”, then get a text at 12p saying they’re running behind more like 130p-2p now- then I arrive at 130 thin none ok should be done soon- only to see my truck is prepped… yet End up waiting another 1.5 hours and they hadn’t even sprayed the truck yet- I would have just went back home instead I hung around the area cause it was only supposed to take “3 hours “ that turned into about 7 hours by time I actually got into my vehicle- like I said -No issues with the work, looks great but it is even more frustrating that I waited so long and all I got was “ thanks for waiting”- I was interested in tonneau covers but if a 30min install for that is going to turn into 3 hours + again I’m not quite sure about that- would have been nice to get offered a discount on install on a the tonneau cover at least for 7 hour wait I had for a spray Bed liner that was scheduled 2 weeks in advance! All in all work great- the turnaround/ time not so great when your told one thing and it’s more than double the time. I sometimes wonder if it was cause ei was female- cause ever male tha walked in while I was waiting sure got helped real quick?!🤷🏻‍♀️

  I had an outstanding experience at LINE-X of Simi Valley, and I want to give special recognition to Ben for going truly above and beyond. My Rivian R1T tonneau cover was broken, and I was worried I’d be facing an expensive replacement. I called the shop and spoke with Ben, who invited me to bring the truck in so he could take a look. The moment I arrived, he jumped right in to help, taking the time to carefully diagnose the issue and explore every possible solution to fix the cover without replacing it. Ben spent nearly an hour with me, patiently troubleshooting and testing different approaches. What really stood out was his honesty and genuine desire to help. He didn’t try to upsell me, didn’t push any products or services, and in the end didn’t even want to charge me a dime for his time. He simply cared about helping me solve the problem, and he actually figured out a way to get the cover working again. That level of integrity and customer service is rare these days. I can’t thank Ben enough for his kindness and expertise, and I truly cannot recommend LINE-X of Simi Valley more highly. They’ve earned a customer for life.
