I was disappointed, as I had come in for a simple oil change, which typically wouldn’t take long. Instead, I was directed to your other location on Tapo Street, where I was informed I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to have my vehicle serviced. This was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube, as I’ve always serviced my vehicle at a dealership. I wanted to try a reputable alternative, but this experience has left me dissatisfied. As a former dealership service booking assistant, I was surprised that appointments do not appear to take priority over walk-ins, which does not align with standard service protocols.
