    I'm done being nice. The fact that I took my car for diagnostic at 7am this week and the staff tells me the "issue" was a light switch. They "fixed it and my car continued with issues. Come to find out it wasn't even that because and on top of that they tried to charge me $6000 for a "service" they were going to give to my car that I had to double check on my end I don't know if they are discriminating against me for being a women, but its ridiculous for Fisrt Nissan Service Center to try to rip someone off like that. To mention, a couple years back I took my car for a oil change service and the a staff member reached out saying I needed so and so car changes, I went ahead and did it. Over the phone the staff member didn't want to tell me the price for the service. When I went to pick it up they said that it was $1000. If I didn't pay up, they weren't going to give me my car and would take it apart from "fixing the issue". Outstanding to know they are a big company name, but yet cannot come up with great devices to find the root of the problem, unless the staff members are the ones themselves ripping good people out of their hard earned money. OUTRAGEOUS!

    Horriable experience. Changed my warranty policy half way through the year and would not cover a part that was under warranty by the parts manufacturer. If I could give -0 stars I would. Would not return. Would not recommend. Not a single service tech or manager were on the same page about my warranty giving different explanations every. Single. Time. Business Bureau and the BAR will both be notified immediately and continuously.

    First Nissan went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. A huge thank you to Branston — he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured at any point. Highly recommend!

    ​"I wish I had known the following before dealing with this dealership: ​Empty Promises: They never follow through on what they say. ​Get Everything in Writing: Make sure every promised benefit is documented on paper, especially for EVs. This includes things like a free charger, the $700 GAP refund, or included maintenance. In my experience, the salespeople—Bob and Tara—sold me a crappy car and left me with a massive debt. They are no longer there, and the dealership won't take responsibility. ​Don't Be Pressured: Do not let them influence you into leaving a 5-star review on the spot. ​They take advantage of their customers. To make matters worse, there is a high turnover of staff. Since they change managers and salespeople constantly, the new team claims to 'know nothing' about previous deals and refuses to help. Stay far away from this place."
