We were told that we did not need a credit card and that a debit card would be ok. Fast forward to today: we arrive at the store to pick up the vehicle and are told we WOULD need a credit card, and they refused to rent us a vehicle. The associate that helped us, Max, was snarky and just this side of outright rude to us the entire time. This resulted in having to walk with my 3rd trimester wife to every nearby rental car location to get a vehicle same day. Update: just spoke with customer service rep who informed us, we would only be able to use a debit card if we lived within 50 miles of the rental location, and would need to provide proof of address, such as a UTILITY BILL! To prove we lived there...

I loved the seamless process between the insurance company, the repair shop and Enterprise as they all worked together behind the scences to do the necessary aurhorizations, phone calls, and paperwork on my behalf. It was such an easy process. The car was clean, ready and exactly what was promised. Everyone was professional and even gave rides to and from the repair shop where my vehicle was being repaired. Thank you Enterprise for a great experience!
