  Very positive experience with this Enterprise. First car we rented had a nail in the tire and they quickly swapped cars, discounted our rate, and then gave us another $50 off our bill. We didn’t ask for any of that. Great customer retention!!!

  Absolutely atrocious service. We booked this rental two months ahead of time, and specifically asked the booking agent if we would need a credit card. We were told that we did not need a credit card and that a debit card would be ok. Fast forward to today: we arrive at the store to pick up the vehicle and are told we WOULD need a credit card, and they refused to rent us a vehicle. The associate that helped us, Max, was snarky and just this side of outright rude to us the entire time. This resulted in having to walk with my 3rd trimester wife to every nearby rental car location to get a vehicle same day. Update: just spoke with customer service rep who informed us, we would only be able to use a debit card if we lived within 50 miles of the rental location, and would need to provide proof of address, such as a UTILITY BILL! To prove we lived there...

  I had this rental due to a car accident. I loved the seamless process between the insurance company, the repair shop and Enterprise as they all worked together behind the scences to do the necessary aurhorizations, phone calls, and paperwork on my behalf. It was such an easy process. The car was clean, ready and exactly what was promised. Everyone was professional and even gave rides to and from the repair shop where my vehicle was being repaired. Thank you Enterprise for a great experience!

  Would give 0 stars if I could. The branch manager Max is the definition of “I don’t care about you if I can’t make money.” When I came and spoke with him, I gave him 0 reasons to not be friendly with me, but still, he found an excuse to be unfriendly with me. The whole conversation he was passive aggressive and provided no value as a manager. I expect the only time he provides value to a customer is if he can make a fortune off of them. So I’ll put it simply, visit every other enterprise location to rent a car before coming to this one. Uber 50 miles away to another location if you have to.

  I have rented from Enterprise from the past, but lately had been renting through Hertz. Not sure what made me decide to use Enterprise last week but I did and I probably will not use Enterprise at this location again. CARS ARE VERY NEGLECTED. IT JUST DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL. THEY DO NOT EVEN DRY THE VEHICLE THEY LET IT DRY UNDER THE SUN. WHICH MADE VISIBILITY BAD DUE TO WATER SPOTS. NOT ONLY THAT, THE RENTAL I WAS PROVIDED SMELLED SO BAD. EVEN WHEN TURNING ON THE AC WAS WORST! I PUT AN AIR FRESHENER AND THAT DID NOT WORK. THE CAR’S BAD ODOR WAS JUST SO BAD THAT I HAD TO ROLL THE WINDOWS WHILE COMMUTING.
