There were two other customers being helped at the time and Nelson stopped what he was doing to help me. I had my dead battery with me and put it up on the counter and told Nelson I needed a replacement battery. He offered to check and see if my battery was under warranty and unfortunately it was 5 months past the warranty period. Nelson offered to check my battery to see if it was salvagable or if I needed a replacement. He tested the battery and told me it did not seem to have any issues with the cranking amps and I could leave it at the store to charge if I wanted to. I opted to purchase a replacement battery and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price available to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to go back to this store and have Nelson help me with whatever I need.
