I originally placed an order at an AutoZone that was over an hour away from me and needed help transferring it to a closer store. Before calling this location, I contacted the AutoZone on East Los Angeles Avenue in Simi Valley, where I was unfortunately told they couldn’t help and the conversation ended without any attempt to offer alternatives or assistance. After that, I called the Sycamore Avenue AutoZone and spoke with Ernesto, and the difference was night and day. From the very beginning, Ernesto assured me that he would help—and he absolutely delivered. He took ownership of the situation, handled the transfer smoothly, and made the entire process easy, prompt, and stress-free. Ernesto’s professionalism, willingness to help, and customer-first attitude are exactly what great customer service should look like. Because of him, I’ll be choosing this AutoZone location going forward. Highly recommend this store—and especially Ernesto—to anyone who values real customer service.
