  Matt has very bad attitude I kind of felt like he was racist. he was very rude to us and told us no right away but on the telephone I spoke with someone else that told me yes so I had to speak to a manager to get it resolved. Then he had a red face and wouldn’t even look my direction because he knows he was wrong.

  I reserved a low cost compact over the phone. A couple of hours later, I went to pick up- be sure you have the correct documentation, cards included. Staff members were very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. (even after I left the location) It took for me about 20-25 minutes to pick up the car, and that was with 3 other parties ahead of me. I'm back to complete my review. I've returned the vehicle, inspection was done, and inspector thoughtfully executed a survey on my experience. And altogether; Outstanding. This was my first time renting a vehicle, and this Enterprise near Cherry & Willow made this such an excellent experience. I will be recommending this location to others, and if I need another rental in the future- this is the place I'll go.

  This is for the Enterprise location near Artesia and Downey. I was renting through my autistic insurance and selected premium car and Signal Hill location. Somehow I ended up at Artesia. 1st I got a call with arrangements to pick me up at 3p. Weds. When no one came or called by 3:20p I called and rescheduled to pick up at 10a Thursday. At 9:45a no one called so I called to confirm. When I arrived it seemed the car I requested didn't matter they just put me in what they wanted. I took the SUV and drove to Signal Hill to swap. Signal Hill offered me another SUV albeit was an upgrade to one with power seats. In the end I returned the car and asked for a courtesy ride home. So no car in the end. I would have appreciated a call to say we don't have what you requested is X o.k. That would have saved Enterprise labor and my time. I was in disbelief when my insurance showed they paid an invoice to Enterprise for the rental. I didn't have the car for an hour. As stated before I drove from one location to the other.

  2 rentals within 5 months at this location and they never disappoint. Staff is efficient and they always have great inventory! Definitely recommend this location over any in Long Beach.
