  This location really came through for me. I needed a larger car to transport my family for holiday fun and accommodate my large dog. Enterprise gave us just the right vehicle with enough storage space for the luggage and souvenirs. It handled the rough terrain and rainy conditions perfectly! It was a safe, new vehicle that conserved gas and worked out well for our expeditions! I could not have been happier with the vehicle and all of the staff! Larry picked us up from home and brought us back home after our adventures were over! What a nice ending to an unplanned excursion that I'm hoping my nephews will appreciate over their young lives! Thank you Enterprise for making this happen with ease!

  Your staff definitely make this place great! Its been a long couple of months without my car and I've been having to rent since September. Some of your staff know my situation and are kind enough to ask how everything is going and I truly appreciate that.

  Had a very seamless experience at this enterprise. My car was out for repairs and I worked with Micheal for my rental, he made sure I had the best car and was very helpful, professional, and informative throughout the process. I even needed to change my car and he made that an easy process. Drop-off was just as easy.

  I could not have been treated nicer. Kraftsman Collision made sure I paid their rates for my rental post my auto accident. The young gentleman that set me up was a month in, do not remember his name but, he was a total pro and kind. Michael Johnson, thank you, thank you, thank you. Returning the vehicle was easy, peezy, Cover Gurl too; a ride home, YAAAAS! This is your go to spot for car rentals, they not only hear you, but they also listen to you and above all, are empathetic when you are traumatized after just being in an auto collision!

  Enterprise at Signal Hill provided the mot pain free rental experience I have ever had. I was provided top tier customer service from every employee I spoke with but one sticks out in particular, Mike, the manager. I was already emotional and stressed out upon arrival because needed to rent a car for TWO weeks while my car was at collision repair. Mike saw this as an opportunity to relate and sympathize with my frustrations, find me a similar car at an extremely affordable price and even found a way to make me leave with a smile. When I came to return my car it was smooth and painless. To my misfortune, I found myself back at his desk an hour later to pick up another rental due to complications with my car repair. Mike had me in a luxury vehicle in almost no time at all, continuing his legacy of making a frustrating time more enjoyable on my second rental. I would highly recommend this enterprise location not only for their exemplary customer service but also their prices, flexibility to extend rentals, car inventory, and lack of hidden fees. Best car rental (of MANY) I’ve ever experienced.
