- SPshannon palmerSep 21, 20251.0The older guy who works is extremely rude and has opinions on how his customers should ask for things husband went in to ask for bathroom key and the man said you need to say please and thank you. He then asked where it was and the man said well if you stop asking questions i can tell you when all he was asking was where was the bathroom Like I totally understand manners but as a sales rep do not have the audacity to tell your paying customers anything period we live in America/ California where the customers are always right now how or what you feel as a worker. So have uphold some standards of the place you chose to have a buissness in. Or dont have one here.

It took seven minutes to pump seven gallons. Also, not a fan of the video screens that blare commercials whole you stand there. I used to enjoy the quiet in Sierra Madre while I filled up.
