- AFAaron FallonSep 29, 20255.0Intoxilock sucks as a company and they try to charge fees for everything but TrueCare Automotive in Shingle Springs is awesome to deal with when getting the Intoxilock calibrated. Intoxilock said I had to have my device removed to have my car transmission serviced since nobody wanted to work on my car with it installed. It was just a way for them to charge another fee to my account. TrueCare doesn’t need to remove because they service Intoxilock devices and is a great option for anyone looking to get their car worked on. They are also very friendly and helpful unlike many car mechanics. The receptionist and owner are awesome and I highly recommend them.
