    Called to ask if they spoke spanish so my relative could explain better, the man says he could put me on hold, so I was going to explain the situation to him in English. So John (or whatever his name is, Iā€™m not sure) the man that I was going to explain to-puts me on hold without letting me talk and was just super rude for no reason? So I hope with the next customer he can have more decorum.
