WHY GIVE OPTIONS AVAILABLE ONLINE IF THEY AREN'T EVEN AVAILABLE THERE AT THE LOCATION??? Super inconvenient and very upsetting. Obviously if I wanted to rent a "van" I would've chose that option to begin with, so offering that doesn't help at all

When I booked a reservation thru Enterprise the staff at the Selma ca branch put my mind completely at ease. Answering all of my questions I had. They were respectful, polite, attentative and professional. Restored my faith in car rentals that's for damn sure. I would 100% refer any family and friends whenever they need a rental now . Expectations exceeded hands down.
