- SSShannon Swallow4 days ago5.0Thank god for Sullivan's that's for sure. I blew a tire and crawled my way to the shop at 12:45 yesterday. It was a perfect storm because I had a 3:30 open house to be at and a two-hour drive to sfo at 9 a.m. in the morning. Things were so tight and I was so incredibly stressed and trying not to lose it. But Nathan was amazing! So calming and helpful with a 'we'll get it done' attitude. I was out of there by 2:15 with a fixed tire and tears of joy. Truly so grateful. Thank you Nathan! You're a wonderful service professional and I'll send everyone your way.
- BCBen CipolliniDec 5, 20251.0I handed them a driveable car, received back an undriveable car with rattling in the brakes. When I pointed this out to them, they saw no problem - didn't care that they didn't spot the issue before returning the car to me. No test drive, no nothing. Tried to charge me to diagnose what happened while the car was in their care, no apology for forcing me to take the car back to them, etc. Hey! Car now gets 10 MPG less than it did when I handed it to them. Given the above, I wouldn't bother asking them about it - they won't help. Another $200 diagnostic for things that happened with the car in their care, and me scrambling to figure it out to compensate. NO THANKS. ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ

Definitely get the warranty on tires because I got a nail in one of mine in a non repairable area so it was covered except for labor. I got my TPS on all four replaced as well, so far all good.

I called Sullivan's and talked to Angie on the phone,she had the tires I needed. I arrived at the shop was greeted will and a smile. They took me right in they had my tires and got alignment done. They even did a check over on my vehicle showed me a few thing that needed attention. Thank you Angie and crew,awesome place to get your vehicle worked on. ššš
