I've decided to take my business elsewhere after going to Sullivans for almost 20 years. I'm not sure what changed. I'm sad to go but tired of feeling like I'm on the defensive against getting overcharged or tricked into getting something I don't need. I've looked into other shops and can get similar tires with a longer warranty for half the price.
