- IEIan EyreDec 23, 20255.0Came in for a tire repair, on a 2006 Land Rover. As anyone with one of these knows, the lug nuts are very hard to get off, and having already been to one other tire place I went to Sullivan‘s. They took a look and checked to make sure they could get the wheel off, and after confirming, took my car in, fixed the tire, and gave my car a complete check over with a list of recommendations, all for no charge. From walking in the door to driving away, I would say it took about 90 minutes, with no appointment. Would highly recommend these guys for any of your car needs.

Got me scheduled, in, and out all same-day, even with specific tires that nobody else had in-store, and added oil and brak pads on top of the tire-change. The only reason I don't give 5-stars isn't rick's or the tech's fault. They ordered 4 tires, but only 3 arrived from the warehouse and nobody knew why. It wasn't a super big deal, but now I do have to go get another tire switched separately. Overall great service and work. I'd definitely go again.

- JLJon LuttrellDec 15, 20255.0Sullivans did a great job on my son’s 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They put a 3” suspension lift, new, slightly bigger off road tires and did some needed routine maintenance. It came out great, they were good about answering questions and pointing out potential pitfalls of various options, and really seemed to want to make sure we were happy with the outcome one and offered to make any minor adjustments if needed after we’d driven it a while. I’ll definitely be using them again. Special thanks to Rick.
- SSShannon SwallowDec 11, 20255.0Thank god for Sullivan's that's for sure. I blew a tire and crawled my way to the shop at 12:45 yesterday. It was a perfect storm because I had a 3:30 open house to be at and a two-hour drive to sfo at 9 a.m. in the morning. Things were so tight and I was so incredibly stressed and trying not to lose it. But Nathan was amazing! So calming and helpful with a 'we'll get it done' attitude. I was out of there by 2:15 with a fixed tire and tears of joy. Truly so grateful. Thank you Nathan! You're a wonderful service professional and I'll send everyone your way.
