    If I could I would leave 10 gold stars for service and friendliness of the staff that interacted with me. From the moment the gentleman who picked me to Mo and Chase getting me checked in and on my way was exceptional. I know the difference between sincere and contrived these guys are genuinely the real deal.

    Wouldn't let me use my valid card to pay for my rental because its not a credit card. Made an already stressful time much moreso due to their asinine "rules" that they made up themselves.

    What the actual heck is wrong with you guys? You answered my call, put me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up. Now you won't even answer my calls. Instead it sends me straight to hold. Great job y'all.
