The manager said it was ridiculous and he’d be fired for honoring it. At the same company over in Los Gatos, my parter, a male, was given excellent service and had his sensors changed as part of the process. My sensors were not changed. Why such different treatment at two locations? Now I have to go back in ( elsewhere) and get the sensors changed.

After 40k miles they said that the treads were so worn down that they could not provide a tire rotation and that the tires would need to be replaced. They said they would be happy to sell me new ones and that I could reach out to the manufacturer for reimbursement but that they won’t honor the warranty on the tires they sold me. I told them that they had just lost a long time customer and went to Costco to get new tires which is what I should have done in the first place, but wanted to support my local small business.

They were able to fit our car into their schedule for new tires and an alignment. They did a great good job on keeping in touch and communicating any issues. The cost was more than reasonable for the quality of service and timely manner. From someone who has worked in the auto service industry before, y’all are doing a great job! We will definitely be back in the future when we need service. Thanks!!
