  I would definitely recommend Skip’s! I have been there a few times for tire issues and they always save me a ton of money! Great customer service and great communication!

  Poor, poor, poor tech service. Manager was new to position had no idea of computer system and worse how basic service machines work. Service done on previous visits could not be done . Poor, Poor experience

  Have been to Skip’s many times but this was the worst experience here. Took me 2.5 hours to get my slow leaking tire fixed. Watched one employee just wander the work space and the front desk folks were running around trying to help in the shop. Appreciate their effort but just seemed chaotic there and didn’t improve confidence. Probably won’t come back for a while.

  I have my oil changes done by the Scotts Valley location. I have also been able to pull up and have some on the spot issues dealt with. Mike is very knowledgeable and accomodating, and I had my car back in a couple hours. It is obvious that he knows what he is doing and is able accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently. Skips is my go to in Scotts Valley. THANKS MIKE!
