  Had an alignment done last week, didn't get an opportunity to check the work right away. Boot on my inner tie rod was twisted to the point of tearing. Definitely was not like that prior to the alignment as I had replaced my own tie rod end the day before and made sure there was no deformation (Even caught it on video). I managed to twist it back into place, but the damage to the boot was already done. I'm curious as to why this had occurred in the first place. If it was easy enough for me to handle with a pair of plyers, why didn't the tech readjust it during the alignment? If, somehow, the boot managed to twist itself after my repairs and before the alignment, why didn't the tech alert me to the problem when I picked my car up? Other than that: Good service, quick (Maybe a bit too quick), and the car drives straight.

  I had a great experience with the Santee location. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Tony explained everything clearly and completed the service in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of tire services.

  Great place! The team members were kind and friendly. The dude doing the tires and the dude behind the counter actually showed me what was up with my car and gave me advice that was very useful about my car and put my mind at ease. As a middle age lady that doesnt know nothing about cars, they really took the time and helped me out.

  Well, it started like what seemed to be was going to be a good experience. I was taken home and told that my vehicle would be ready by 2 or 3 o'clock after several phone calls and being lied to / 3 different people. After 3 o'clock, I didn't get my vehicle until 5 o'clock. Coming to find out that they had squirted transmission fluid all over the place under my hood. Left a RAG in there. Did not tighten the battery terminal on the positive side.\n Also left fluid on my coil Springs up front. My bumpers were covered with greasy ham prints. When I called back, Tony said they don't disconnect the battery, but the photos and the paperwork that they gave me showed that they did, I was stranded and unable to get home after stopping at the grocery store, my advice is avoid the Santee tire choice at all costs they treat you Like you're stupid with their lies. They lied to me about the time to receive my vehicle back lied to me about that. It was ready lied to me that they did good work. I have photos, and if I had more energy, I would take them to court. I'm looking presently for a place to clean my engine compartment and get all this fluid off my nice Chevy, Silverado truck.
