- KMkatie martensNov 22, 20255.0I've brought my cat here twice, repaired once. Both were basic body work and work on the struts. The second time, insurance refused to cover anything so I decided to repair it myself to save. However, my car was at Lloyd's for months while insurance ran me in circles. Lloyd's was patient, easy to contact and very reliable. They didn't charge the storage fee that many places would which saved me thousands. When they did fix my car the first time the work was done very well and in a timely manner. I would absolutely use Lloyd's in the future and recommend them.
- DDDanialOct 21, 20251.0Brought the car to Lloyd’s to repair damage to my car. It was side swiped by a lady in a big SUV that was texting. When I got the car back, there were defects in the prep and paint. They over sprayed clear on my back vinyl window that is now ruined. My front headlight was missing and they killed my alternator that I have verified proof it was new within 20k miles. They played hot potato with the issue until I gave up. I replaced the head light and alternator on my own dime. The back window is still cloudy as the entire top will need to be removed for it to be fixed. Not happy about my experience here.

They even arranged me a rental car making everything very convenient. If I have any future repairs I will be coming back even though it is not close to where I live.
