    Chris at the Enterprise Rental Car in Santee absolutely saved our vacation. After another Enterprise location was horrible, rude, and completely dropped the ball and didn’t have the truck we reserved for our snowboard trip, Chris stepped in and turned a stressful situation into an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, he was kind, calm, and genuinely cared about helping us. He went out of his way to find a solution, made the process seamless, and even surprised us with an upgrade. That level of customer service is rare these days. Because of Chris, our trip wasn’t ruined, and it actually started on a great note. This is how customer service should be done. If you’re renting in Santee, ask for Chris. He’s a total professional and an absolute asset to Enterprise. Highly, highly recommend.

    Es una lástima que ya no dan servicio como antes. Es una pena que mi seguro recomienda y hace reservacion con Enterprise y me vi obligado a declinar el uso de mi seguro porque no cubre la necesidad de mis compromisos de trabajo la renta con Enterprise. Si tu trabajo incluye cruzar la frontera para asistir a reunión de trabajo o dar capacitación a personal en ciudades fronterizas en México ya con Enterprise no se puede hacer y tristemente es la única compañía que mi seguro tiene asignada. Me recomendaron Avis y Hertz ,pero con ellos mi seguro no tiene arreglo. Y sí estas dos compañías permiten ingresar a México, con carta permiso de la empresa y adquiriendo el seguro propio para México.
