  They do good work but the back office is shady! Wish I could rate the technician separately. He was great. I wasted my time waiting on them last week. I had 1pm-5pm appointment window but then around 4:15pm, I got a call to reschedule staying they didn't even have my windshield yet. They gave me an additional discount for my inconvenience and rescheduled. The technician came today and Zachary was great but had a different price than what they gave me so I showed him the picture of what they said my total price would be after everything. He called it in and they changed it to the discounted price. I paid him in cash at first (should left it that way) but then asked him to take my card instead. He charged my card and did a great job on my car. We spoke a bit before he left. I got my digital receipt saying job complet, paid in full and all was good. However, after he left, the company cancelled the payment and tried to re-charge me the non-discounted price. Good thing I keep card locked. I call the main number to repay them but when the local office called me back she got rude with me and told me she was gonna charge me again after it cleared out. My bank said it was a final sale and not a pre-authorization and the Safelite was the one who cancelled the payment and then tried to charge me more. They do good work but the back office is shady!

  I've been sent here by my insurance provider for multiple windshield replacements and chip repair. Usually busy, and it helps to wait in the lobby in case they run into an issue that they need to inform you of and confirm the next steps. If your vehicle has a front impact collision system with cameras, specify that you need an OEM glass windshield.

  Windshield replacement went fine but I asked them to use original toyota OEM glass and even confirmed it on the phone with them and they still didn’t use it.

  Joshua and Mohamad were very polite and professional. They explained the whole process. From scheduling our appointment to finished job went seamless. I would highly recommend. Great company, great employees.

  This service experience was seamless, easy and confidence inspiring from beginning to end. I set the appointment through my insurance company website. Safelite sent text reminders and confirmations. I arrived early and they got started right away. Matt was friendly, professional, efficient and competent. I watched the work through the waiting room viewing window. It was obvious he was very experienced. He stepped in once to tell me it was going well and he would be finished soon. If only other businesses could be so well run and customer focused. Highly recommended!
