- MRMark ReischenbockDec 31, 20251.0I have been going to this location for quite a few years and my experience has been fairly good. This time was by bar the worst experience and I will never return again. I took my 2022 Forester Wilderness in for an oil change on 12/31/25. Car has had no issues ever before. Started multiple times on their property. Until the oil change. When the oil change was done they said start the car. Completely dead. lights on dash flashing. One guy said we must have left the lights on while the oil change was happening, the other guys said 'no, I never noticed lights on'. They then brought a jumper pack and asked us to start still nothing. They tried again with other jumper packs and still nothing although on the last time the car started smoking from the engine bay. Obviously that's not right. All hands on deck but no solution. They said the battery was reading zero. Still makes no since to me. They said not their problem. I said I realize censors can be sensitive, like when I didn't put my gas cap on tightly all the sensors went off. They then pulled up a car to jump start the car. Car then started. When I asked how can we make this situation right, they said they did nothing wrong and I have a bad battery. Funny because I currently have no starting issues. I suggested that they refund my oil change and they said absolutely no way and basically asked us to leave. What happened to customer service. They said take it to a mechanic and if I can prove they did anything wrong then they would pay for it. I wouldn't trust them to fill up my washer fluid after this visit.

- VCVictor “VIC 707” CNov 27, 20253.0Well the good 👍 fast, friendly, open later then others, provide multiple services for car fluids, tires, air filters 😃👍 not so good, well kinda pricey, recommend services in accordance with mileage and not current condition of the vehicle, do it very step-by-step not paying attention to variables ( I had a leaf in my cabin air filter area and they dismissed it wgen replaced filter so it was making clicking noise until I had to get in there myself and remove that leaf). Would go there again but wouldn't recommend it to someone who doesn't much about their car, because they my purchase services that isn't needed.
