  I had just come back from a brutal week up in Tahoe with about 8’ snow in one week. My diesel fuel in my rig built on an RAM 5500 ended up gelling up and I barely was able to make it home yesterday! I stopped by and spoke to Raheem and he was able to effectively and efficiently quote me a price and encouraged me to bring it in (I had stopped by in my car) My rig is 13’ tall and would not fit in their bay. So, he suggested parking it adjacent to the bays. I came in, met the manager Raymond who did the work with his assistant. One did the water separator filter under the chassis and Raymond did the actual filter under the hood simultaneously. And sure thing, we had gel from the water in the fuel clogging up the filter. I honestly didn’t think I would end up there! But I’ll be back! These guys are very competent.

  Excellent and fast service. Ray was great and very knowledgeable. This wasn’t my regular spot since I’m out of town but it was great to find a place that could help me with my oil change needs during my travel.

  This was the classic "bait n switch" or "hood wink". I called to check prices. Spoke to a Chris. I asked specific ?'s of exactly what it was going to cost me. He assured me w the $10.00 coupon he would text me, that it would be $100.00+ tax. After arriving I was greated & asked several ?'s. After they were done w the oil change they said that will be $153.00 + -. I said hold on a second I spoke w a Chis and he said $100.00+ tax. They said well that's a corporate call center in Kansas & not us. I said we'll I didn't put that # on your website & I have no control over the person I spoke to. I am not paying anymore than what I was told +3.00 for a new drain plug. They went back n forth until I asked for tge Mgr. That went on for several minutes until they came back and said our mgr has reduced the charges by 50% & my bill would only be $103.00. The Mgr came out to talk to me after I had paid only to tell me he has no control over the call center and the "Chris" I spoke too. Gave no sincere apology for the experience and went on his way. You guys have banners promising a "15 minute" oil change. I was there after all was said and done for Close to 1 hour!! Ridiculous customer service and experience for me. I will NEVER use your Company again. Regards, Unhappy resident.
