Kelly and her team knocked it out of the park. Their customer service and professionalism is beyond reproach. - SGSteve GarnerNov 5, 20255.0I had never used G& G before .,I was out getting estimates for a self pay repair… (a car had knocked off my driver side mirror in a parking lot and did not leave a message).. I saw the shop and stopped.. Shop was clean..Owner reviewed the estimate with me and explained what needed to be done., IT MADE SENSE! ..with time line and absolutely NO pressure.. I visited 4 other local body shops within a 5 mile radius for comparisons.....#1. the estimate was $100.00 lower than G& G…this was because the shop incorrectly listed the wrong replacement part( not the factory color)..#2..shop gave me an oral estimate that was $70.00 adv promised than G& G., but…would never send a written estimate., # 3 owner said., “If you receive a lower estimate., that should be a red flag.. come back and see me and we’ll see what we can do”( this shops estimate was $200.00 above G& G)..#4., this shop said “to correctly repair the damage.. it would require the following ’”..and showed me a print out with long list of parts and hours of labor resulting in an estimate that was $800.00 higher than G& G.. G& G performed the repair exactly as promised. . no surprises.. car looked perfect..(plus a great car wash!) A very good experience..
