  These locations are pretty hard to get ahold of. Called/messaged a few locations with no response. Called sts and Jared answered the phone, after multiple requests by me, he listened to every one and went way beyond helping me get into a vehicle. I wish I could give more stars. Jared and Gio are hands down the best guys in the rental business that I’ve worked with. Thank you for everything.

  This was my first time using the exotic car rental from Enterprise and was looking forward to treating myself to a Mustang GT.  I was very surprised and upset when the car I found waiting for me was a basic economy class ecoboost Mustang.  More surprising was the fact that I was the one that caught the error and could have easily paid double for an economy class car.  While the desk attendant was understanding and corrected the amount I had to pay,  this was not the experience I was looking forward to.  There were also zero other luxury/ exotics to choose from.  I expected better and won't be using this service again or recommending it to others. Zero response to emails sent to managers.
