  I needed to rent a car after mine broke down and AAA repair called Enterprise. I did not discover until after I was presented with the bill two days later that I had been charged for 3 days and also had to pay for additional insurance coverage even for the day I did not use the vehicle. I was fleeced!

  I have been renting with enterprise for over 13 years. The staff and vehicle selection is why I continue to give my business to Enterprise over anyone else. Even with inflation prices, the rates were worth my experience. This time Claude helped me with picking up my vehicle. He was efficient, and knowledgeable. We got a mini van and my family loved it! Mason assisted me when I took the car back and he was very professional and friendly. Just an awesome experience overall!! Enterprise's staff never fails to make renting a smooth process from start to finish. This makes any trip so much better when you don't have to worry about the vehicle your going to drive and how well trained the staff will be. Thank you Enterprise staff!!!

  This place is really nice, the employees are very friendly and they are always polite and helpful. When they help you they can get you in and out but if you need time they don’t rush you. This place is better than most of the other car rental places and that why I keep coming back when I need to.

  O er the course of 6 weeks I had to rent several cars while mine was getting repaired. Every time I called all of the employees were so friendly and efficient. Calling to extend my rental took minutes. I wish I could give names but I had so many that helped me and every single one was so nice. I would never rent a car anywhere other than Enterprise. I had to rent 3 cars from Dec -Feb. I cannot praise the staff enough!!

  Where do I start every single person I have dealt with at enterprise has been amazing they have helped me in every way possible to make these very difficult months easier for me. Your employees at cleavland location could not be a more understanding helpful team from Nancy Mason Jake i know im missing others but some of the few there you could never replace them. A real joy to be helped by the people at Redwood city same thing.i am in need for another few weeks of car rental soon and as I tell anyone in need of a rental only trust enterprise.
