I rented a vehicle for a few days and did run into a small issue with a smell in the car, but once I brought it to their attention, they resolved it immediately without any hassle. They also have a solid selection of vehicles, definitely better than the other rental car companies in the area. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth rental experience. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again.

They also gave me a great upgrade discount when I had to switch cars because someone had smoked a cigar in the first car I picked out. Even though I was told it had been smoked in by the prior renter, I thought I could air it out, but that smell would not go away. I was able to upgrade to a very nice luxury car so I was happy! I used the Corby Ave location in Santa Rosa. I would have given them 5 stars if the interior of their cars were cleaned better, but everything else was excellent!
