  Jeremiah helped me with a purchase of new battery and installation. Watched him like a hawk and he took great care in removing old battery, installing new one, and making sure everything was secured. Very pleasant customer experience with this location.

  Francis was such a help to us. I needed a new battery and he helped us select the proper one, suggested a battery installation kit to help prevent corrosion. He even helped us install it! He was a very nice young man, very polite and greeted us right when we arrived. Thanks again Francis!

  Francis was extremely helpful and polite. My husband bought a steering wheel cover that was damaged and we needed to return it but it was the only one like it. Francis returned it and ordered the same one for pick up at the other auto zone. His helpful nature made the experience great! Give him a raise !

  I didn't expect much considering that I just came from that awful store in Rohnert Park. I really was surprised how courteous and helpful the young person that was there through the whole process with me. I think he said his name was Artimus. That made me smile.

  The person with the bleached hair offered the worst customer service, I was waiting to be helped out and did not reiceve any help. Once I was helped, the person was rude and ignorant.
