  I went into the Santa Paula Auto Zone this afternoon to buy some filters for my vehicle. A nice gentleman, Ramon, help me look up and locate the right items needed for my vehicle. He was patient with me and had great customer service. Everyone at the store smiled and greeted me. Overall, the store atmosphere was welcoming.

  Autozone in Santa Paula has been a great place for me to purchase my car parts. Every time I've had an issue with my vehicle, Ramon has been great to assist me and find the right fit for my vehicle. Highly recommend this place.

  Went in because i had a starter issue with my vehicle. Jacobo was very friendly and offered to test my starter and see if it needed to he replaced. After the test showed failing, he kindly helped me find a replacement starter for my vehicle. Highly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff.

  In the recent days, my car had been struggling to turn on.. and as a first-time car owner, I was scared to ask for advice. Thankfully, I decided to kick my anxiety to the curb and went into my local AutoZone, where I was welcome with open arms by Yenitza. She helped me find the right battery for my car! On top of that, she gave me advice on what I can do to ensure I keep the battery in its best condition at all times! It is great to know that there are still people in this world who are judgement-free and as friendly as can be! I will definitely come back to this AutoZone next time I have car troubles.

  Went in to AutoZone yesterday because my car got towed home the battery was not good anymore the store manager Melchor helped me out by getting me a new battery I had no one to install the battery so he brought the new battery and installed it turned my day around and got my car started when I asked to tip him he refused and instead asked for a simple review so people could know that autozone is here to help amazing service.
