  Worst service center I've ever experienced. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Had an oil change scheduled for 8:00AM, showed up right on time and then was quoted a two and a half hour wait...for an oil change...with an appointment. I left, will never return to Santa Monica Volvo, and will take my car to Culver City Volvo for the oil change. Don't waste your time at this Volvo location.

  This dealership has been a complete disappointment. The post-sale experience is essentially nonexistent, and the service department is subpar at best. We purchased our Volvo in 2025 and have been dealing with a consistent static noise coming from the rear cabin ever since. Our vehicle has been brought in three separate times for the same issue, and it still has not been fixed. We’ve made repeated phone calls—often daily—to the service department and are now resorting to emails just to get the attention of the service manager. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Volvo. Save yourself the frustration and do not establish a relationship with the Santa Monica Volvo dealership.

  I wish I could Volvo of Santa Monica less than one star. My experiences with this dealership, from purchasing my car new one year ago to dealing with the service department, have been incredibly frustrating. My car has had problems since I bought it and they have been nothing but insulting to me in dealing with the issues (for instance, sending me "how to" videos for how to use the car, when the car is clearly malfunctioning). Today I had a service appointment, and when I got there they said they had 30 appointments before mine and I'd have to leave the car until tomorrow. I will be going to Volvo of Culver City from now on.

  These guys are great! Great selection and even better staff! Pricing is definitely competitive.

  This Volvo dealership did not keep any of the promises they made. They told multiple lies just to sell the car, and after the sale, they completely failed to fulfill the conditions they had agreed to. They acted as if those terms were never discussed at all. These people are definitely not trustworthy, and they are doing a huge disservice to the Volvo brand. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.
