I got here when the placed first opened at 8am, was the first one in line. It will be over an hour before they finish. This will probably be your experience too. Go to a different location. They do not care if they waste your time here.

- JHJennifer HumphreyNov 26, 20251.0If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I drove into the shop without any issues driving, NO alerts on my car at all. I "rolled" out of the shop unable to drive. I literally rolled around the corner to an alley to avoid getting stuck on the train tracks. Valvoline clogged my throttle when replacing the air filter. They also told me they would top off my power steering fluid for free and now my power steering is tight. My mechanic said that probably put the wrong fluid in my car. The following night after the "oil change" from Valvoline the battery on my car went out. AAA came to look at it and it tested 100% charged, but it still wasn't working. AAA said they had never seen anything like this. I had to get a new battery. When I spoke with the manager, Miguel at Valvoline, he also said my battery was in good standing when they tested it, nothing wrong with it. I believe Valvoline did something to effect my battery - my car - so it wouldn't work even though it said 100% charged...it was the next day after I went to their shop...and no, I did not leave any lights on in my car. My car notifies me if lights are on. I will NEVER take my car here again or to any Valvoline. When I called and spoke with the manager, Miguel told me that they did not top off my power steering fluid. I told him that Bryan told me at least twice, that they did top off the power steering fluid. Miguel is sticking to his story that they did not top off the power steering fluid, so what he's saying, is that his service people are not honest in what they tell their customers, since Bryan reassured me that they did. I went in for an oil change and ended up with a DISASTER! I've taken it up with the claims department. I would like a refund for the "service" and they have said no.
