One day later, I got a oil levels too high error light and had to take it to the dealership to get fixed, costing me an additional $400. I have been calling customer service since September. They continue to tell me that the location owner will call me. He has not called, since September. I call them once a week, they continue to say, he will call me. He has not called. I am not wondering if I need to take this to small claims court just to get a refund on the service that didn't work. The guys who worked on the car were nice guys, this isn't about them. This is about responsible, respectful business practices.... and I am shocked to have not heard from the location owner yet.
