- RDRania van DeventerJul 19, 20242.02 of the 4 available not working for CCS fast charging. Called EVGO and waited on the phone for 10 minutes to trouble shoot … no response! Yesterday we called EvGo from another location where they apologized for their station not working and referred us to a different location a minute away. The app said chargers were available, their team says it’s available, but the reality is all chargers were all occupied, which means their system is not reflecting real-time data. Very disappointing! We are depending on fast-charging infrastructure that is reliable and doesn’t waste our time. Hopefully they’ll work harder on getting charging stations up and running - we should not be going to 4 different locations with troubles with equipment or not fast enough charging. Most importantly, the data should accurately reflect chargers available in real-time.
