  I had a reservation for a car before I headed for an important meeting, they kept me waiting for an hour while they attended to others and surprise me to share that they had no car but they had the reservation. Very casual no responsibility to serve the customer, the representatives didn't care a damn. Unfortunate to see this from enterprise

  Racist and Discriminatory Conduct by Manager Enterprise failed to honor our 2-month-old reservation and had no vehicles available on our pickup day. We were forced to go to the Santa Monica location (1719 Wilshire Blvd) the next day. When we calmly asked if a pricing adjustment could be made because our rental was shortened due to Enterprise’s mistake, the male manager immediately refused to serve us and told us to leave. At that exact time, he continued helping white customers without any issue. We were polite and respectful. There was no reason to deny us service other than racial bias. Being refused service while others were helped was humiliating and unacceptable. This location clearly tolerates racist and discriminatory behavior, especially from management. Avoid ENTERPRISE.
