    Justin was great both on the phone and in person when we arrived. We had limited time with Johnny but he was good too. We had a great experience renting and look forward to continuing to rent from this location again.

    We had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Enterprise, specifically at 1719 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90403. We reserved a car two months in advance, yet on the original pickup day, Enterprise told us they had no cars available at all. We were forced to delay our trip and were redirected to pick up a car the next day at this Santa Monica location. Because of Enterprise’s own failure, our rental period was reduced from 4 days to 3 days. When we politely asked whether a reasonable adjustment or discount could be applied (due to THEIR mistake), the manager immediately refused service. What made this situation deeply disturbing is that while we were being denied service and asked to leave, other white customers were being served normally at the same time. We were not rude, aggressive, or unreasonable — we simply asked a valid question about pricing. The manager’s response was to refuse service entirely and escort us out, without offering any solution. This behavior was not just unprofessional — it felt discriminatory and racially motivated. We were treated with clear disrespect and hostility, in stark contrast to how other customers were treated based on race. Enterprise failed us twice: 1. Failed to honor a reservation made two months in advance 2. Displayed discriminatory behavior at the Santa Monica location This is not how a global brand should operate, and certainly not how customers should be treated in 2025. We will be escalating this issue to Enterprise corporate and consumer protection channels. I strongly warn others — especially people of color — to think twice before renting from this location.

    The manager needs to get fired. Don’t waste your time here and go to the other Enterprise on Santa Monica/Princeton if you want to be treated well. We had a reservation made through a third party insurance claim. 1) We called several times to confirm our reservation, multiple drivers, and were told that we would be able to get a Tesla at $45/day. The insurance would cover $34 and we would have to pay the difference. Upon arriving we were told the Tesla is now $70/day. Why were we promised a different price, and upon showing up the manager questioned if we had even called them despite us showing multiple calls to their location and confirming we had talked to Jonathan. He repeatedly attempted to gaslight us about the conversation. I had emailed them to get it in writing, but they said their system was new. Despite this, I got emails multiple times from Jonathan, Nicolas, Elizabeth, Brenda, and Avery. 2) The reservation was for a mid size car but once I showed the actual insurance claim changed their tune 3) The manager insisted a Corolla is a full size car. How are you renting cars if you don’t know anything about them? 4) It’s $50/day at the enterprise 1 mile away. Why is the price different at this location? More importantly, why were we quoted a difference price when we showed up? 5) The manager refused to give us his name and business card. What kind of manager are you? I included a photo of the guy. Not sure if he even was the manager 6) Ultimately, he REFUSED to honor the reservation and give us any car We ended up going to the other Enterprise where Monica treated us like human beings, asking if we were okay after the accident etc. they need to fire this guy and make her the manager

    Extremely disappointing experience with the branch manager at this location. I arrived with a confirmed reservation that had been coordinated and approved by another Enterprise office and even a regional manager. After providing my ID, credit card, full insurance details, and live confirmation from my card’s benefits administrator, the manager suddenly changed his requirements, raised his voice at me, and refused to release the car. The employee helping me was professional and was surprised about the actions of his manager, but the manager’s attitude was hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional. This location needs better leadership.
