Nothing letting you know where to return the vehicle and no verbal instructions. Just sat behind her desk and brushed me away. Drove down a few levels and just decided to leave the car with the keys in it where might make sense. I know it seems simple/minor but man I’m sure this location didn’t open yesterday. Confusion when traveling sucks. Also when I picked up the car she didn’t do a walk around so I assumed it was a brand new vehicle. Shame on me. Went home to load up my things and passenger side was damaged. I had to call in to make sure it was noted. Again just not fun. Renting a car is not a new process. Would be great if the manager sorted these little things out. Would go along way.
