    Horrible service the front desk girl short with dark hair tripled up chatting with the guy in front of me forever. When I complained she canceled my reservation so I went to budget instead for a better rate and faster service anyway

    Had a great service experience with Santa Maria Enterprise car rental. The manager, Matthew, was a true professional. I would encourage anyone looking to rent a car in the 805 area to look up Santa Maria Enterprise. They go above and beyond the call of duty!

    Staff was nice , not very many options available that day , also was not told about the gas mileage fee , at the very end was told I was 3 gallons below their requirement so they took $31 of the deductible to pay for the gas . wish I would have been told this before I would have just went and filled it up for $15-$20 but other than that it was fine

    "Reserved" Full-size elite, got offered a compact and a mid size SUV, neither were ready. Chose the Midsize SUV, waited 20 minutes for it. When starting the car, it had low fuel. During the trip I found cigarette buds, Hot Cheetos/Doritos, make up equipment and a large McDonald's cup under the seat. After several disappointments with them, I will not rent with them again and will warn friends/family to avoid this branch.
