  Great wash! My car was covered in bugs and with just one wash I was able to come out completely clean. I got the titanium wash and would definitely be returning! The team was amazing, I got helped by two workers one named Angie and Adriana! They helped a lot with translating the washes to me and my family! 10/10

  First timer . Great customer service. But down hill from there . Got the 22 dollar wash left car wash got home a my brand new 2026 car had spots all over it . Had to spend 15 minutes just getting spots off my windows . Looks think they don’t have reverse osmosis to take the minerals out , just plan tap water . Will never go back again . Word of mouth goes a long way . Very disappointed ☹️

  I went in Wednesday and got their $10 basic special. Come to find out the next day they have their more expensive package for $10 as their “grand opening special”. I can’t be upgraded according to the attendants there. Why would they do a more expensive special before their cheaper special as a grand opening if they’re on the same week. Cancelled and won’t be rejoining as theres other car washes for half the price.

  Got turned away for having a car that's too dirty. It really wasn't bad at all. 4-8" watery mud around the trim(essentially drove though a big puddle). Definitely not farm vehicle friendly. Wouldn't think a business would deny a customer upon opening but I guess they want to keep their road clean. They should consider having someone do a pre-spray if it's that big of an issue. I don't think the AG community will be too happy with this carwash.

  AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I moved here 2 years ago from Bakersfield and I was so sad to have to cancel my subscription to Mister. I settled for Splash and Dash but never really loved it but it felt like my only option. Flash forward to a few weeks ago when I saw the new Mister under construction I got unreasonably excited and canceled my subscription at splash and dash immediately. When I got there there was a sweet lady that was telling me about the deals and what they have to offer, their subscriptions are discounted right now!!! And she was so kind helped me sign up and explained everything to me. She had a beautiful smile and was just so helpful I wish I got her name. Then the manager came over and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions or anything we said no and then we were all set. I’m so excited because I travel often to see family in Bakersfield and now I can use my subscription at those locations as well!!!
