Poor customer service, vehicle was not clean properly or filled up because they were so behind and we have to make a flight in LA. They sent us from Santa Maria to San Luis to pickup a car seat since they couldn’t get the right one. We were able to go pickup after calling the day before to confirm. On site parking is a joke. I saw 4 customers leave and go to Budget Car Rental across the street and leave before me. 60+ min to pickup a rental. Huge line and one worker up front. Whoever manages this place should be fired as it’s costing them thousands of dollars daily.
